Ferndown Christmas 2021!

Christmas is coming! For some its a time of cheer, for others its a time of difficulty and hardship sadly. We want everyone in our area to know that we are thinking of them, that they matter and are a part of our community. We also want to share as much joy as possible to help ease any anxiety and raise the spirits of all. Christmas is a time of coming together and celebrating the season and the good things in life. Its been an incredibly tough year again for many, yet there has undoubtedly been some positives, certainly this community and the way it has pulled together has been one of them. Lets do it again, the final push for 2021, and make Christmas the best it can be for people! Our schemes for spreading festive cheer and ways to donate or get involved are as follows:

Little Santa Sacks

HoHoHo!  Once again, Santa will be delivering little sacks of gifts to deserving children in our local area who will really appreciate a little something at this time.  This was incredibly successful and the need was, often painfully, obvious. Please feel free to browse social media for last years efforts and sacks. We cant say what’s going to be in the sacks (Santa never tells!) in case we spoil the surprise for children, but the gifts will all be lovely & useful items, and you are invited to purchase a sack from our website for a child at £20 each.  We are asking for money rather than items so that we can get all the same items in each age group, and arrange discounts where possible so that the children get as much as possible.  Business are also very welcome to donate and sponsor items or sacks, please get in touch via emailDeadline for donations is 11th December. Sacks cost £20.
